    Hello!

My name is Akiko, and I’ve always had a passion for visual storytelling—whether through print, digital media, or editorial publishing. But beyond design, I am also a devoted foodie with a love for exploring new flavors and cultures. Running destination races fueled my sense of adventure, but nothing quite matched the thrill of chasing the perfect bowl of ramen.

What started as a simple food blog, inspired by my son’s love for noodles, quickly became a journey of discovery. Together, we wandered near and far, slurping our way through countless bowls, each one telling its own story. And even after all this time, that wanderlust never faded—we remained on an endless quest for the ultimate ramen experience.
